Shipping Information
When Will My Order Ship?
Once an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose, but only to the extent the product ordered is in stock at the time we receive the order. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Express Mail Service is not a courier service. If you require courier service, you can contact us directly by email.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we include an out-of-stock notification card when we ship your order and alert you in your shipping notification email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items do not appear on your bill.

Product Returns
Here are the basic steps for returning an item:
1. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
2. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.

3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
4. All returnable products are subject to a 10% (of retail price) returns processing fee.
5. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
7. If using the postal system, insure your shipment; we will not be liable for returns sent via the postal system.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
